Refund policy

To start a refund or return process, you can contact us at help@sarayasolutions.com.au. If a return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Saraya No-Touch Dispensers Warranty

Saraya No-Touch Dispensers are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Any damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not covered by this warranty. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and must be supported by the original sales invoice.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not eligible for refund or return.

When will I receive my Refund?

Refund Requests are processed daily by Saraya Solutions.  Just remember that your bank may not be quite as quick as we are :)  Give them 2-5 business days to catch themselves up to speed.

Saraya is not responsible for the following:

  • Undeliverable products due to customer providing incorrect address information.
  • Packages not delivered by an assumed delivery date.
